i've been helping Marcs with CNC'ing a fes bits here and ther for the PC e's been building, i have also been looking at the screens fr the MFD's, we thought that since he was going to al the effort and Ali's expense to fit the screens, they really need a good frame/bezel round them as per full size. so i have been trying to make a mould so we can make as many as we want, to fit this screen of course. i have a few pictures of the results, the first is of the master i CNC'd into some tooling wax, this was then polished (very carefully) and filled with mouldng silicon, which is nice cos nothing sticks to it (yet). then finally the silicon mould can be used to cast the final parts in resin.
