have some question on the Tech-Aero Regulator and thanks again to NJRCFLYER2. What is the size and its weight? cus I use Jaccio cus it quite small and not as big as many that i saw. What do you mean by FAIL-SAFE? What action does it do when activate? Where can i buy it?
The Tech-Aero PLR5-DR2 dual redundant regulator weighs 1.4 oz. Each regulator board is 1 3/4" x 1". You can mount them separately or sandwich them one above the other, provided you use a little foam padding between them for protection.
Failsafe switching describes the fact that if the switch contacts were to fail, the regulator would stay on. You can remove the switch entirely and the regulator will remain on.
