And here are a few more from my Panther G project. This thin gauge metal gives you lots of scratch building and detailing options.
For the Panther G rear stowage bin I used the same method. I cut out the plastic center section leaving the perimeter of the bin to act as a frame work which I then sheeted in thin aluminum. Before attaching the aluminum I used a ball point pen to emboss the "X" shaped stiffening brace into the metal. Then I added dents and tears to the metal.
