These are easy to make for someone with a lathe and a drill press. If you don't have access to these machines check your local phone book for a machine shop in your area. They should be able to whip one up for you quickly (when they can fit it into their schedule, of course) and without charging too much. I made one for my DA50 in just over a half-hour.
