From what I have read about Saitos, they come with a VERY rich low end setting. People talk of over one full turn leaning out the needle. Supposedly it really helps on fuel consumption, too. There are a lot of Saito posts in the glow engines forum; it's nice to go through them and see what others are doing and saying.
