I don't know much about bipes, but I do know the Ultimate has a long tail like a pattern ship.
Not really, the Skybolt has a longer tail moment and it makes it a smoother flier
I was looking at the Great Planes Ultimate 1.60 bipe. It has a 65" wingspan and a 72" fuse lenth. Also the CG .90 size ultimate has a longer tail than wingspan. Not sure about other Ultimates, but if this is 'scale' than they should be the same?

Fuse length and "moment" are two totally different things-you obviously don't understand that so I wouldn't make suggestions based on ignorance.
