If the problem is to get four servos to follow the aileron stick and the trim, it can be done in the sailplane configuration. Simply inhibit AUX2 and AUX3. Then set up one Prog.MIX to mix AIL+ into AUX2 and another to mix AIL+ into AUX3.

It is easiest if you have separate flaps and not use flaperons. You can set up two more program mixes to have two of the ailerons have flaperon action. Have one mix FLAP into AUX2, and the other to mix FLAP into AUX3 but with rates opposite you used for the first FLAP mix.
