Default Throttle much higher with DX7se????

I recently got a DX7se and started transferring my helis over to it. I finished up setting up a CP Pro 2 today and noticed that my head speed seemed quite a bit higher than when flown with the HP6DSM TX. I have a second CPP2 and compared the two and it is for sure MUCH higher. I was able to get head speeds close to the same speed by taking 20% off the throttle curve. The odd part is that according to the CPP2 manual, the throttle curve is much more aggressive than the linear curve I have programmed in the DX7se.

I decided that it must be something funky with the programming of the stock CPP2 TX..... but......

I decided to program one of my Blade 400s onto the new DX7se and ended up with the same HUGE increase in head speed.

I am very good at setting up helicopters and have the swash set up perfectly on both helis so It is not a pitch issue. Throttle curve is linear on both and pitch on both are zero at 50% throttle and at 100% throttle are 10° and 11° on the B400 and CPP2 respectively. Throttle travel is 100%.

I am confused as to why there is such a huge difference in head speed between radios.

Any input on this situation?
