well found the prob i guess it is because it is an older truck and i just got it used could have something to do with it but the entire middle ring on the inside of the diff that holds all the ball bearing completely melted so i went and ordered a newer metal with a mip super rebuild kit thanks for all the help i am sure i will be back sooner or later with more questions with my new truck
