A 13x8 is for a .91 - 4stroke in general...prop down a bit ,and do all of the above.Hope it works out.Get a filter for sure.Do the valves again,its likely they are out due to the strain of the larger prop.Learning how to set them is important and good knowledge.I used to reset mine often,because I abused the motor somewhat
