Default Problem with Ikarus

Hi,

I dunno where to post this, So here goes. I order something from Ikarus and they send me a confirm email but with no reference number on it. When i order it i use the email without putting a password for it. Now i am unable to check the order status cause unable to log in to check my account. Send a forget password a few time but no reply. Ikarus dont seems to reply email. Are they having some kind of problem? Is there anyway to get them to reply? Hope someone here can help. Thanks.
