Hi Nandan:

Some movement at the top of the Roo II fins is ok, BUT, Tam and I always used TWO extra screws PER wing to pull the wing, fin and fuse together. We used one close to the leading edge and another one near the rudder servos. They would go thru the fuse and fin and into the wing where a blind nut is waiting

Rout the wires in front of the alum tube and make sure these wires DO NOT get caught when installing the tube.
