Concure with Ken's recommendation of a razor plane. Very, very handy.
I also find a half-round metal file (with a reasonably agressize teeth pattern) very handy as well. Very good at taking away extra balsa stock. Like if you cut a servo mount hole, and it's a bit tight.. the file will clean it up nicely and quickly.
And looking at the posted picture. You already know the "you can't have too many clamps" rule.
