Normally, you wouldn't worry about it. We usually only do a calibration if pots are replaced or if something is far-enough off that it affects the transmitter's operation. Calibration resets the entire transmitter, including erasing everything that's in its memory. If you're not having any operational problems, we'd not worry about it at all.
