Default New e-Flite CP Pro 2

I just bought a brand new e-Flite CP Pro 2 heli yesterday. I charged the battery while reading the manual. I already own an MCX and a CX 2.

The dealer had offered to show me how it worked, and we went in the back lot. He had trouble. The main rotor would start to turn, but the back rotor didn't turn and the heli started to spin around and around. He stopped and told me that since I bought it, it would be best that I take it home and read the manual and take my time since he wouldn't be responsible for any damage.

I put on some training gear, turned on the transmitter and plugged in the battery for it's initial test. All of a sudden, I smelled burning, and saw that the battery started to smoke as well as smoke from the receiver at the front the heli. I quickly unplugged the battery...

The battery shows sign of damage and I bet the rest of the heli took a hit as well... HELP!!!

Dealer hasn't been very co-operative so far.
