hey va here i had the same problem with my cp pro 2 and i went to the hobby dealer..hobbytown usa..and the owner...Jack frost....pretty cool guy but most certainly the business man did not want to take the heli back taking the loss of over 250$..and in some shops at this time..300$. He did thouth inform me of contacting the manufacture and after both of us on different phones we were able to come to an agreement of the manufacture giving me another heli thru the hobby store...and both myself and frost won..neither one taking a loss because he just returned the heli back and they sent the money directly back...No problems with the new heli except needing practice to fly. It would seem that it being so new off the eflite line that a few bugs still need to be ironed out...being those few that the electronics are messed up in. At that time there is no fixing the heli...just replacing it...that coming directly from eflite.
