Default YS Engines...What type of fuel?

What type of fuel should be used in a YS engine? I have a 140L and a 110FZ. Below is a list of contradictions I have come across so far from owners manuals, web pages and fellow R/C'ers

1. Don't use 4-cycle fuel per the owners manual. Contradiction: Use 4- cycle fuel becuase it has more caster oil

2. Use at least 20% nitro. Contradiction: Don't use more than 10% nitro per Byron Fuels web page

3. 17% Caster in a synthtic fuel is enough caster oil. Contradiction: Must have at least 20% caster

4. Do not use 2-cycle fuel. Contradiction: Use 2-cycle fuel because it it NOT 4-cycle fuel.

5. Don't use synthetic. Contradiction: Use synthetic.

Look, I just want a fuel that is provides reliable, safe operation for a reasonable price, not looking to win any competitions................
