RE: Pilatus PC 9
I have two of the Seagull PC9 aircraft, my son flys one as well. We started out with Magnum 52 FS motors in them, they flew ok but were a bit sloppy in the air. Moved up to Thunder Tiger 54 FS which were a little better. After doing some damage to the front wheel and replacing it managed to fit a Saito 72 FS in the nose. Now it is a very different plane. Flys with authority, can do anything and sounds great in the sky.
Have seen them fly with 2 stroke engines and they also go very well. They are a good plane and you will enjoy flying it whatever engine you choose to install. Heard a story that CM Pro are bring out a 120 size PC9 with retracts. Haven't seen one yet but if they are out there the bigger bird should be very good
