Glad to hear that Horizon is taking good care of you so far...
I'm surprised that they didn't offer to send you an RMA with a shipping label, they are doing that on the DX6i radio recall, but maybe they don't on regular warranty repairs.
At any rate, it sounds good. I have had nothing short of great customer service from their service department every time I have needed it.
Hope they get you fixed up soon, keep us posted!
