I agree whole heartedly with what everyone has said

But would like to add - Move the low speed needle in 1/16 turn increments and try the engine acceleration after idling some before moving the needle again.

Also the Evolution glow engines have too much cooling fins and need a "Hot glow plug" like the OS #3 or Enya #3 to throttle well

The needle stops may need to be moved or adjusted to get the needle in the correct position
