I think no matter what you do the truck is supposed to bottom a fair bit, thats the trade-off for the low ride height that came from people wanting their monster trucks to be faster. I really like the GPM shocks.
If you want a taller ride try 5" tires like the badlands. You will have to put about a 15T or smaller clutch bell on, though to compensate.
