Default Need Help with Futaba TX and RX combinations

Dear All,

the receiver that came with my Futaba 6EXHP came with a Futaba R146iP receiver. This is a micro low to high band receiver which only accepts single conversion (shorter) crystals. Though I have never had any problems, I have only one matched pair and have to keep swapping crystals between my planes depending on which one I want to fly on a specific day. Hence I am considering moving to a receiver which can accept the more easily available dual band crystals. In this regard I have three questions:

1) Single conversion crystals are available from GWS. Has anyone out there used Futaba receiver with GWS crystal and will it work?

2) Both single and dual conversion crystals are available in Hitec make in matched pairs. Will these work with my Futaba R146iP receiver and 6EXHP TX?

3) For my next airplane I want to go for dual conversion receiver. Futaba R136F is available. I am not very sure of this receiver mainly because it is not listed on the Futaba web page even in the old section. Has anyone used this receiver and will it work with the 6EXHP. Also the receiver itself seems to say 35MHZ (online purchase), so can it take a 72Mhz crystal
