Can't thank you enough. Fascinating - it's kinda built like a Dalotel. Of course, in order to scratch this baby it might take a year just to produce the kit! A laser cutter on the other hand... The only limitation would be the cowl and canopy. The latter can probably be done by clever guys on this forum. The former would require at least a dummy cowl layered (a couple of layers of 2 oz cloth might do the trick) on top of the exiting one to produce a mold.
