I have to assume OSD means On Screen Display (based on the topic title). But, that does nothing for explanation of exactly what it is you want.

If you are talking about a video camera in the cockpit or on the wing, or something, that sends the video down to the ground for viewing on a monitor... wow.. what a mouthful!! well, that exists but this may not be the right place to put this sort of request. It is better off in the Aerial Photography and Video.
