well then, let me throw this in there, im pretty sure I set the mesh inside good perameters, even though the shaft coming out of the tranny that the spur gear rides on moves back and forth(away from and closer to the clutch bell) I got it just close enough before it started to bind, and didn't even get two tanks(125cc) out of it,(which was nice of them to send a spare spur with the truck, now I know why, lol)
I guess I will just buy 5 plastics(bout same price for a steel or alum) and keep trying,

im still stuck on the movement of the spur gear shaft, I just might dig into it one day to see if it can be stiffened up some....
I hope to find something that works soon,
