Default Blocking members from posting: How/ Where?

Occasionally when I list an item for sale, I get a 'buyer' who has nothing better to do than harrass me (for his own amusement I assume). I have found the best thing is to just add him to my 'Blocked' list, which prevents him from posting to my ads and/ or contacting me regarding the itmes.
BUT, finding that elusive web-page is like finding a needle in a haystack. I know it is there somewhere, but finding it seems to be more a matter of luck.
Would it be too much to just add another button to each post ( in RC Marketplace) which would allow me to quickly block such users (abusers) from posting anythine elese in any of my ads>

And regardless of whether or not RCU take up this suggestion, could you point me in the direction of that web-page which allows me to do so?

I don't want to take more extreme measures, such as reporting abuse and/ or angry replies, I just want to blip them out of my life.

UPDATE: I just read this post:

So I would add: IF ALL of us sellers had such easy access to having the ability to block 'buyers', AND we could add the ability to block ANY 'buyer' who has an unusually high number of blocks (by other sellers), then we (sellers) could ALL benefit by not having to deal with as many, well for lack of a more polite term: idiots.
