I would go with a Mamba Max esc for the adjustabilty and a Medusa 4 pole motor. The 36/50 3300kv or the 4600kv would be a good choice, they are very efficient and run much cooler than the 2 pole motors. Motor heat is wasted energy so be cool and be fast lol...
