How bout this. If you see any manned aircraft operating in an unsafe manor....get the N# and report them to the FAA. Problem solved. If there are enough reports of a particular pilot operating in an unsafe manor, they will be grounded. Remember it's up to us, the public to police the populated area. There are no FAA officials sitting around neighborhoods, parks etc. looking for violators.
I understand what RV7 was saying. It appears that "He" feels safe. That, I don't think was the point. Would the average person you pull off the street be OK with a helicopter flying 75' or so off the ground....but I believe all the above has been addressed
can we find another topic to have differing opinions on?
