Did you program it to come on with throttle? Did you leave it on for a long time and burn out the glow plug?....Lastly this is a real stupid question did you remember to hook the black wire to the engine and when trying the glow plug to touch the outside of the plug to the engine?....I have used this on board glow a few times....I fly at both J-ville clubs...If you want, send me a private mesage and we can discuss this on the phone.
