Falcons Cuz can do what a lot of us are already doing and order whatever he likes from Hobby City/Hobby King in Hong Kong. They sell radio equipment at 35Mhz and 40Mhz as well as 72Mhz and 2.4Ghz.

As for covering your foam wing, Falcon, you'll simply need some low heat iron-on covering like Top Flite Econokote or something similar. High heat iron-on covering like Monokote or Ultracote/Oracover will require too much heat to adhere to the wing and the heat could melt the foam.
