I have an alternate email account (like Hotmail or Yahoo) I use when I sign up for things I suspect will send out such traffic. Then I check it every week and delete what I don't want. That account is a spam magnet.

But compared to 99% of the crap I get, the Tower stuff is likely to be useful. I've certainly taken advantage of their sale coupons.
