You still can. The reason it gives you too much to weed through is because it actually finds the results that have the word you want. The other one didn't find all the hits not because they were not relevant but simply because the search was broken. Now the search works correctly and finds all posts or subjects with the word you asked for and you would prefer limited results that are incomplete so you have fewer choices? The solution here is to just look at the first page or change your sort to show by datecreated if you only want most recent ones first.

The number one complaint as I said with the old search was that people hated it. IT was our largest complaint of any on the site. When we changed to the new forum people said go back to this one BUT fix the busted search because it sucked. So I fixed it. If you prefer the old busted one go back and bookmark it and use it at your own peril. the link is in this thread. When it fails to find what you want use this one which will find it.
