This does not sound like an airplane. It may be that the "330" refers to some sort of industrial motor.
It is a motor for a hovercraft lift fan. It just inflates the bag on the bottom so that the hovercraft lifts off. It's definitley not an industrial motor. It's like the 380/400 motors, except smaller (I think).
