I don't see how one can say in this case the R/C pilot is wrong. The helicopter may be right or wrong depending on the reason he was flying so fast and low. If indeed he was flying that fast and low.
that is it, cut & dry
We can debate if the heli guy was wrong,
but regardless of that we know GlacierGirl was right
