Blanik ,I'm not sure what we all are trying to acheive here..If it is to re-design the FJ, maybe we could get a posistion at the multiplex factory, and totally re-design the FJ, and get PAID FOR OUR EFFORTS! Heck, if we want to modify the FJ, to get the fastest speed & Mods, lets modify the wings so they won't come apart, take all the radio gear out, put a rocket in the tail, stand it vertical, light it, and I'll bet we have the fastest FJ on earth! SPEED PROBLEM SOLVED!!
Probably will break an altitude record too! But is that what the FJ is all about?... How about this scenario...Lets have TWO GROUPS OF FJ builders, One group, that builds the FJ, STOCK, and another group that does all the mods, and compare the speed & flying capability differences! It might be interesting to see if you "mod guys" go that much faster than stock, and still be able to handle like a stock FJ! I fly my stock FJ with a Mega 16/15/2, 6X3 apc prop, 4s lipo, and it is not only fast, but will go vertical, way faster than the "speed" FJ's, and is very docile on manuvering & landing! 6X3 doesn't sound like much pitch, but behind the Mega motor, on 4s is AWESOME FOR VERTICAL...Try it, you won't be disapointed....Paul
