Throttle full open, cover carb with thumb, flip prop counterclockwise till primed, remove thumb, flip a few more times to get fuel into cylinder. Throttle about 1/4 open, move prop against compression, put glow starter on, flip prop BACKWARDS!
Usually works even with the new ones. Don't have to flip HARD. Just sharply.
