The engine is on a plane that has been flown for about 2 years. Same cowl, cooling never a problem. 15x14w apc prop, OS plug, 30% CoolPower fuel. Checked all the bolts on the engine, and the fuel lines. Tried a new gallon of fuel. Richened the needle valve. Could it be the bearings??

You might try a 15 X 4W prop and it would run cooler?

If it ran OK in the past, you may have a bad bearing?
