A good computer controlled charger is a safe choice, as it measures the condition of the battery directly.
It will read and monitor the decrease in current flowing into the battery as the peak occurs and adjust accordingly... something the older Accucycle does not even begin to do, but the Elite does after a fashion.

In Tower Hobby's arsenal a Triton charger is a better choice, albeit more expensive, and something like the IntelliPeak or it's backlit brother the Team Checkpoint RC-1030 are phenomenal. The latter do a slew of useful things that others do not, although they are limited to 4S LiPo packs.
