The gray color is the color of the poly the APCs are made from, Idon't think they are going to change the color any time soon, they have been gray sense day one. We are supposed to know there is a spinning knifeblade in front of us. I dye mine in Ritt and still haven't come up with a color I can see when my engines are running, even at idle, what colors do you guys see at 10,000rpm?? I have 26 inch Xoars in white with red tips that I can't see.
I think it's up to us as users to be smart enough to keep our body parts away from the sharp spinning things in the front of our planes, Idon't see manufactures going out of there way to save us from ourselves.
Ifigure I was dumb enough to NOT get my hand out of the way fast enough, If I'm not smart enough to operate one of these things then maybe I should start doing something else.
