Agree with Rangerfredbob.  Sounds like your fuel pressure regulator is getting turbulance.  A common problem with these carbs.  If it runs on the ground it should run in the air.  Only thing that can cause this is the regulator.  It is real easy to solder a 1/8 brass tube in the hole then attach a fuel hose to it and run it into the fuse away from the airflow.  Should fix it.  Another carb will most likely do the same thing.</p>
