I don't believe that there are any settings to reset on the Dx5e. </p>

 The servo reversals are all by slide switches; the hi-low  "rates" are fixed at 70-100.  There isn't any provision for "throw distance".   You have to re-bind with any additional receivers.  You can use the first receiver over and over again, as long as you remember to reset the servo reversal setups to the newer plane.
