Yes it will crash at some stage, and 99 chances out of 100 you'll crash that airplane the first time you try flying it yourself.

Those are the facts, exaggerated only slightly, like it or not.  Get with someone that knows how to fly an RC airplane.

The power you speak of will only get you into trouble, not out of it.  Everyone climbs the same hill when learning to fly RC - I hope you take some of the advice sure to follow regarding flying with a buddy box initially when you're learning.
