I just put on the other carb and did a complete inspection of the fuel system. After removing the tank to check the clunk I discovered that the fuel line was completely off inside the tank.This is why it was dying after take off. No fuel to the carburetor during climb out. I'm going to run the tillotson carb anyway just to see how it does.
