Yippee!!!! Finally!
After 2 frustrating years trying to learn to fly, it all worked out friday for me. I've been learning on the mustang pts when I decided I'm tired of crashing more than flying. Even my instructors told me I need to get a more traditional trainer. This past winter I got the Sig LT40 and a Hanger9 Solo Star. I took the Sig to the field friday hoping one of my instructors would maiden it for me, but no one was around. After test running the engine and practicing how it handled on the ground, I decided now is the time to grow up.
This plane is just AMAZING!!!! By the time I finished 2 circuits, I had her trimmed out. Now this is FUN!!! Naturally one of my instructors showed up during my third flight. I'm having a blast!!! After I landed he came over and just smiled as he could tell i was just tickeled pink.
Many thanks to all on these forums who've helped me along. The knowledge here helped me greatly out there. YIPPEE!!!!!!
