I think you guys should look at the facts as layed out by the orange cat.  </p>

1. The pilot asked for oversite and assistance and was assured that that would be provided.</p>

2. He was no longer over the flying site prior to the crash.  A pretty good indication that the pilot was in trouble.</p>

3. He tried to turn over the control box to the orange cat.</p>

4. Are cigar store wooden indians still available?  Because just standing there and doing nothing does not cut it.</p>
