Thats why I mentioned the sensitivity of the elevator. Too much throw will cause a greater pitch change, causing the wing to increase its angle of attack further than anticipated, airflow separates and the wing stalls.What happens is the plane will slow further prior to stalling which will increase the break. Weather it be nose down or off to a wing depends on lateral balance, attitude, or uncoordinated flight.
