Regflyer; i like your clubs requirements/certification sheet , but one additional requirement i would suggest, is "recovery", my instructor was always "messing" with me, he'd say give me a loop, and in the middle of the loop he'd let off the trainer switch, put the plane in a bad postion, then say "your plane" and I had to recover, I think iI learned alot from those
