I have had simular problems with the power..You must build very light. You have to realize that the rotors do creatate a lot of DRAG.
I tried the PT with an .07. and a PT Profile with the .15 and both did fly.. The PT .25 flys good on a .25.
Just go a step higher in power and back off if it is too much..
