swap the receiver connectors to see if the motors work at all. if not you may have hooked the motor power wires up incorrectly. purple and white for one motor, blue and orange for the other.. Don't get frustrated if you do find you have a problem with the DMD as Tamiya will repair them for a reasonable price. (contact Tamiya service through their website if needed).
