I doubt you'll get 1hr+ continuous run times regardless of what esc/motor/battery combination you use.  I get around 30 minutes with a 5000mah battery but if you think a 10,000mah battery would get you twice the time you'd be wrong.  It would weight twice as much and therefore your motor would have to work harder and reduce run times, not to mention the unbalanced weight.</p>

Just get 2 5000mah batteries</p>
